Callum Jolly

Callum Jolly has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Commercial Operations & Planning at Smart DCC. Prior to this, they held a position as a Senior Commercial Manager at the same company.

Before joining Smart DCC, Callum worked at Severn Trent, where they held several roles. Callum started as a Graduate Business Leadership Programme participant, then became a Procurement Category Manager responsible for managing the Pumps and Statutory Assets purchasing category. Later, they took on the role of Continuous Improvement Lead, where they designed and implemented improvement initiatives, and finally, they served as a Senior Business Strategy Analyst.

Earlier in their career, Callum worked at Williams Lea as a Team Leader - Input Services.

Overall, Callum has gained experience in commercial operations, strategic management, continuous improvement, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Callum Jolly received their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Nottingham, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their A levels in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, General Studies, and History (AS) from Wymondham High Sixth Form, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Callum Jolly completed their high school education at Wymondham High School, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including LSC Level 2a from Lean Competency System in March 2021, PuMP Certification from APMG International in February 2021, CIPS Level 4 - Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in October 2019, and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2018.
