Gary Fairclough

Gary Fairclough is an experienced service management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Service Manager at Smart DCC since October 2017, Gary plays a crucial role in supporting the rollout of smart energy meters across Great Britain. Prior to this, Gary held multiple positions at Tribal Group from December 2011 to August 2017, including Head of Service Delivery Management, where Gary contributed to enhancing education services through technology. Gary also served as Service Delivery Manager at NWIX Group Limited for over a year and gained valuable experience at O2 UK from 1998 to 2009 in various roles, culminating as Service Manager.
