Kawser Hamid

Kawser Hamid is an experienced Information Governance and Data Protection Specialist currently employed at Smart DCC since April 2022. Previously, Kawser served as an Information Governance Compliance Officer at The Guinness Partnership, where responsibilities included data protection design, data flow mapping, and incident investigation from April 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, a role as Data Protection Officer at Irwell Valley Homes involved implementing GDPR and DPA plans, alongside data security management from December 2017 to April 2019. Kawser's career began at the Information Commissioner's Office, where from June 2002 to January 2015, duties included drafting guidance documents and delivering training on data protection policies.
