Kristine Taylor Chartered Fcipd

Kristine Taylor, Chartered FCIPD, is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various roles across the telecommunications and retail sectors. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at Smart DCC since February 2022, Kristine has held significant positions at Telefonica, including Head of Employee Relations and HR Business Partner from July 2016 to February 2022, as well as HR Consultant at O2 from April 2017 to March 2021. Previous roles also include People Policy Consultant and HR Consultant at Telefónica, alongside a long tenure as HR Manager at Debenhams. Kristine holds a CIPD degree from the University of Central Lancashire, attained between 2001 and 2003, and completed education at Rivington and Blackrod High School from 1979 to 1995.
