DCC Head Of Service Operations at Smart DCC

Wendy Liddell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 2006, they worked at Liberata as a Service Delivery Manager and later as a Customer Services Manager in Shared Services. In 2014, Wendy joined Carillion as a Senior Customer Operations Manager, where they were responsible for strategic direction, problem-solving, and managing internal communications. In 2017, they became the Head of Customer Operations at Carillion, leading a team and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service. Wendy then moved to Smart DCC in 2018 as the DCC Head of Service Operations. Currently, they are working as a Customer Service Center Manager at DHL Supply Chain starting from 2022.

Wendy Liddell completed their education with a Diploma in Consumer Affairs from the National Extension College (NEC) from 2003 to 2005. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Consumer Science and Law from Teesside University.
