Charisse Raysor

Charisse Raysor possesses extensive experience in member services, currently serving as the Director of Member Services at Smart Electric Power Alliance since September 2013, having progressed through various roles including Sr. Manager and Manager of Member Services. Prior experience includes positions at the National Cooperative Business Association as Membership & Sponsorship Account Manager and Member Services & Marketing Coordinator, as well as roles at NACCHO and WorldCom. Charisse holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Technology from the University of the District of Columbia, completed in 2015, and further education from the University of Phoenix.
