Kelsey Lawhead

Kelsey Lawhead joined ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. in 2016 as Product Development Specialist. In her time at ElectriCities she has served as Manager, Educational Programs and is currently Manager, Program & Product Development. In her tenure she led the launch of NC Public Power’s retail customer survey, an annual research project to benchmark customer preferences, satisfaction and growing program interest and served as project lead for the association’s new member management system. Kelsey has served as a member of Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative’s Education and Outreach committee since 2017 and has served as chair since January, 2020. Prior to joining ElectriCities, Kelsey served in marketing roles for Apple Gold Group and Kaplan Test Prep.

Kelsey has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Truman State University and a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University.
