Abhishek Kaushal

Abhishek Kaushal has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In their most recent role as Director - Product Delivery at Smart Energy Water, they work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver niche products focused on digital customer experience and workforce management. Prior to this, as an Associate Director at Subex, Abhishek was responsible for program delivery and customer success, working with tier I telco customers in APAC and EMEA regions. Abhishek has also worked at Tech Mahindra as a Manager Service Delivery, overseeing the migration and management of BT's mission-critical applications onto Enterprise Cloud. In addition, Abhishek has experience as a Delivery Manager at Shiksha Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully managed projects and implemented process improvements. Abhishek has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at CenturyLink, contributing to the improvement of core business support systems and automation scripts. Abhishek began their career at Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they worked on projects for British Telecom, managing releases and troubleshooting for the GTC-S application.

Abhishek Kaushal completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Information Management from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science & Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology during the period of 2001-2005.
