Jim Pauciello

Jim Pauciello has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and digital solutions field. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Engineering and Delivery at Smart Energy Water since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AmeriGas as the Sr. Director of Digital Solutions from May 2013 to April 2022, where they led enterprise application development and implemented a mobile platform to increase supply chain management efficiency. Before that, they were the Director of E-business at Airgas from January 2008 to May 2013, where they managed the digital e-commerce channel and achieved significant growth in online sales. Jim started their career at Motorola Broadband Communications as a Software Developer from May 1999 to February 2003, where they contributed to the development of their online e-commerce website.

Jim Pauciello earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from Penn State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Jim also completed the PMP Project Management certification through PMI in 2013. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) through the Penn State Smeal MBA Program, although the duration and field of study for this degree are unspecified.
