Swati Garg

Swati Garg currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Smart Energy Water since July 2021, bringing extensive experience in customer success roles. Prior to this position, Swati held various titles at Adobe from March 2014 to June 2021, including Customer Success, Senior Product Consultant, Product Consultant, and Product Associate. Earlier career experiences include Senior Technical Support Associate at Tech Mahindra from August 2012 to March 2014, Junior-Analyst – Survey Programmer at WNS Global Services from July 2010 to July 2011, and an internship as Network Associate at Vodafone in July 2009. Swati completed a PGDM in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2017 and holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics & Communication from Bharat Institute of Technology School of Engineering, Meerut, obtained in 2010.
