Becky Johnson

Becky Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Starting from their role as a Contract Specialist at Manpower Inc. in 1998, they progressed to roles such as Supply Chain Specialist, Program Manager, and Manager of Supply Chain Operations. Later, they transitioned to Provade Inc. where they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst and eventually rose to the position of Director of Product Support. Currently, they serve as the Director of Quality Assurance and Product Support at Smart ERP Solutions Inc., overseeing testing activities, managing customer cases, and generating case management reports. Throughout their career, Becky has demonstrated a strong focus on customer advocacy and efficiently managing support processes.

Becky Johnson attended Iowa Lakes Community College from 1995 to 1998, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2020, they obtained certification as an Avalara Certified Implementation Partner for AvaTax and Returns from Avalara University for Partners. In 2021, they also became a SIA Certified Contingent Workforce Professional through Staffing Industry Analysts.
