Olena Semchuk has held various positions throughout their work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Customer Support Representative at ZoomSupport for Business. From 2016 to 2019, they served as an IT Manager at ServerSupport.Pro. In 2018, they worked as a Client Relationship Manager at asta.mobi. In 2019, they took on the roles of Head Of Sales Department and Marketing Manager at Smartexe.

Olena Semchuk completed their education at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Specialist degree in Education. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Boot Camp Sales Training from the First Lviv IT Sales School in April 2016 and Public Speaking from the Courses of Public Speaking in 2013.
