Chaitali Patel is an experienced food safety professional with a strong background in the industry. As the Director of Food Safety at Smart & Final since 2016, and Food Safety Manager at Haggen, Inc. since 2015, Chaitali has developed expertise in managing food safety protocols. Prior experience includes working as a Food Safety Auditor at Ecolab from 2006 to 2015 and serving as an Environmental Health Specialist at the Los Angeles County of Public Health from 2003 to 2006. Chaitali Patel holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, Los Angeles, and the University of Phoenix.
