Kate Scott

Kate Scott is a seasoned luxury travel specialist and operations manager currently with SmartFlyer Australia since February 2016, following the merger with Riche Travel. In this role, Kate ensures seamless operations for independent contractors while continuing to manage personal travel styling services. Prior to SmartFlyer, Kate spent five years at Riche Luxury Travel, leading daily operations and managing a personal client base. Kate's extensive background includes significant experience at Flight Centre as a manager, where responsibilities included staff management, training, and client consulting, as well as an early career at Accor as an assistant restaurant manager, where team management and customer service were key areas of focus.
