Robert Whitney

Robert Whitney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Robert is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Smart Green Solar since April 2022. Prior to that, they owned their own consulting company called RJW Consulting LLC, starting in March 2021.

Before starting their consulting business, Robert worked at Xtreme Wrestling Alli from September 2016 to August 2022, where they held the role of Ring Announcer and Production Assistant. In this role, they managed talent booking and payouts, distributed scripts, collaborated with talent for events and appearances, and served as an on-air talent.

Robert also has experience in the solar industry, working at Boundless, Inc. as a Solar Energy Consultant from March 2021 to April 2022. Robert initially served as a Collections and Retention Manager until September 2016 before transitioning to the role of Customer Service Manager. In these roles, they managed daily activities, facilitated recruiting and training, and handled CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Sable.
