Laura Kuffner possesses extensive experience in customer success and tourism management. Currently serving as Team Lead Customer Success at Smart Host GmbH since September 2020, Laura previously held the role of Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a Trainee Revenue Management position at H-Hotels from September 2019 to August 2020 and various roles at across spain, including Assistant Project Manager and Marketing Assistant, alongside an internship in the operational area. Laura's career in hospitality began with an internship in reception and guest relations at Adrián Hoteles. Laura earned a Master of Arts in International Tourism Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms and a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences.
