Olga Kislyakova

Olga Kislyakova has held a variety of roles in the IT and travel industries. In 2012, they were a Sale Manager at OOO "Extrateks". In 2013, they were a Specialist in Booking and Sales of Air Tickets at LTD Rosting. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior of the Department's Avia of the Regular and Charter Directions at Intercity. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Business Intelligence Analyst & Tableau Developer, Business Analyst, and Data-Analyst at Wargaming. Olga is currently a Business Analyst at Smart IT, where their responsibilities include building business processes for the BA team, building interaction with the BA and Dev team, and creating documentation templates for the BI department.

Olga Kislyakova has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the Institute for Parliamentary Development and Entrepreneuship which they obtained in 2013. In 2016-2017, they took an Advanced training of Business Analyst Course by It Academy at Park of the RB High Technologies. In 2018, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google Analytics for Business. Currently, they are taking a PM course at Project Management School of Alexey Minkevich and has a certification in Principles and Practices of Project Management from the School of Management of Alexey Minkevich, obtained in 2021. Olga also has a Training brain certification.
