Rose Roberts

Rose Roberts is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Care at SmartLab. Prior to this role, Rose was the President at Honeycomb Collaborative, a consulting firm focused on creating transparent communication channels and positive company cultures. Before that, Rose was the Chief Operating Officer at Plasma Games, an EdTech start-up, where they oversaw product development and customer success. Rose also has experience in teaching, having worked as a Middle Grades Math & Science Teacher at Wake County Public School System. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Campbell University, Rose has a diverse background in education, business development, and customer care.
