Pnina Castiel is a Customer Success Manager at FireArc Technologies since September 2022, focusing on Carambola AI. Prior experience includes serving as Training and Knowledge Manager and eCommerce Brand Manager at TCM Digital from 2020 to 2022, and as Regional Manager for Managers Development and Knowledge Management at Kidum from 2007 to 2012. Pnina also held the position of Training and Organizational Development Team Lead at Partner Israel between 2000 and 2007.
