David Lowery

David Lowery attended West Virginia State University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Engineering Technology. Prior to that, from 1998 to 1999, they attended Carver Career and Technology Center, where they earned an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician.
