John Cook

John Cook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director at SMART Logistics, John also holds the position of Director Emeritus at McKinsey & Company and Director of the Dean's Advisory Board at Ross Business School. Additionally, John is a Director at Winona Capital Management and previously held the role of Lead Independent Director at Brown-Forman Company until July 2023. John contributed as a Board Member at the Academy for Urban School Leadership for nearly 14 years, including six years as Board Chair. Earlier in John’s career, John was President of Kellogg Company from 1998 to 2002. John earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2014.
