Mike Pratt

Mike Pratt currently serves as the Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Initio Insurance, a position held since November 2013. In addition, Mike is the Commercial Director at Smart Loyalty since June 2015 and previously held the roles of Commercial Director and Chief Commercial Officer at Marque Group from November 2017 to 2023. Mike has also contributed as a Trustee for Life Education Trust - Hamilton from September 2012 to August 2017 and held managerial positions at Smart Trade International Ltd from April 2012 to June 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Strategy and Operations Consultant at Deloitte from November 2008 to April 2012, focusing on unique business challenges within the Hamilton market. Mike earned a BMS with First Class Honours in Strategic Management and Accounting from The University of Waikato after attending Hamilton Boys High School.
