Shamir Duverseau

Shamir Duverseau has worked in the digital strategy and services industry since 1998. Shamir began their career at Hancock Information Group as a Market Research/Sales Support Specialist. In 2000, they joined Southwest Airlines Vacations as an Associate Product Manager, where they managed operations associated with product quality assurance, technical development, system operations, eCommerce, online usability, call center performance and meeting gross profitability goals for several simultaneous projects. In 2004, they moved to NBC Universal as a Manager, Brand & Interactive Marketing/Analysis, where they managed the integration of marketing teams' efforts and designed and implemented conversion strategies & tactics to enhance customer flow and increase online & offline revenue generation. In 2007, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Manager, Internet Strategy & Business Management. That same year, they also began working at Marriott International (Vacation Club Division) as a Director of Digital Strategy & Services, where they directed digital strategy, online production, web services, and web analytics for all Marriott Vacation Club & Ritz-Carlton Destination Club domestic and international websites. In 2010, they co-founded Smart Panda Labs, where they served as Managing Director & Chief Strategist, and also began working at c0ffe3 as a Digital Strategist.

Shamir Duverseau attended the University of Central Florida from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a BA in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Lake Highland Preparatory School from 1990 to 1993.
