Richard Dallas

Richard Dallas has a diverse and extensive work experience. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Growth and Platform Officer at Smart Pension, where they are responsible for global revenue growth, proposition development, UX, and product delivery. Richard leads a team of 400 people and operates in 5 markets. Prior to their current role, they served as a Strategic Partnerships Adviser at Smart Pension, where they helped identify and build successful partnerships with Tier 1 Financial Institutions in the UK and US markets.

In addition to their roles at Smart Pension, Richard has held various advisory and investor positions. Richard is the CEO and Founder of Growth Unlocked Limited, a business focused on helping companies tackle their growth and commercial challenges. Richard is also a Co-Founder and Adviser at claimsplanet, a company revolutionizing insurance claims processes.

Richard has also provided business advisory and investment support to other companies such as Courtsdesk, Portify, DynaRisk, Zenith One, and Creative Being. Furthermore, they have served as a Board Adviser at Strategic Proposals Limited, assisting the company in developing its proposition and go-to-market approach.

Richard Dallas completed their A Levels from Pilgrim Upper from 1983 to 1988. Richard then went on to pursue a BSc (Hons) degree in Industrial and Business Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1988 to 1991. In 1993 and 1994, Richard obtained a DipM degree in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Richard furthered their education by completing an MSc degree in Marketing Management from Nottingham Trent University from 1995 to 1997.
