Frank Agricola

Frank Agricola has extensive experience in project and program management within the high-tech sector. Currently serving as an Integral Project Leader (Interim) at SMART Photonics since December 2023, Frank Agricola also owns Agrim BV, which specializes in interim management services for high-tech companies. Previous roles include Principal Process Architect for EUV Pellicle at ASML, Interim Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Senior Project Manager at Philips Innovation Services, where responsibilities included the industrialization of new MEMs pressure sensors. Frank Agricola has also held management positions at NXP Semiconductors, Philips, and NXP Austria, focusing on program management and productivity improvement. Frank Agricola holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Groningen.
