Bernie van Niekerk

Bernie van Niekerk is the CEO of Commerce Edge International, a role held since May 2002, overseeing a group specializing in supply chain education, training, conferencing, publishing, and customized instructional design. Additionally, Bernie serves as the Publishing Editor for SmartProcurement since May 2001 and was the COO of Infobank from 2000 to 2002. Previously, Bernie was a Principal Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on world-class procurement consulting from January 1996 to August 1999. Bernie van Niekerk holds a B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Johannesburg, completed between 1985 and 1990.
