Ekaterina Kalashnikova

Ekaterina Kalashnikova possesses extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as HRD at Smart Project since January 2023 and at NOOSPHERE since November 2019. Prior roles include Head of the HR Department at NDA from June 2018 to November 2019, where responsibilities included corporate culture development, recruitment, staff motivation, and organizational efficiency. Ekaterina began their HR career as an HR Generalist at CRS from September 2014 to September 2015, focusing on job description creation, candidate sourcing, and relationship building.
