Javier Capilla González

Javier Capilla González began their career in 2010 as an Ingeniero de Edificación at NovoHogar, S.L. In 2011, they moved to Punta San Felipe, S.L. to take on the same role. In 2012, they took on the role of Mandos intermedios in London, and Ingeniero en Organización Industrial at Novohogar Cádiz S.L. In 2014, they began working at Smart Protection as Cofounder, and also took on the roles of CEO & CoFounder and Engineering E&I Department at DRAGADOS OFFSHORE.

Javier Capilla González obtained an Ingeniero de Edificación degree from Universidad de Sevilla in 2010, studying Arquitectura y Construcción. Javier then completed a Master en Gestión from the same university in 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they obtained an Ingeniero en Organización Industrial degree from Universidad de Cádiz.
