Mark Shekleton

Mark Shekleton has extensive work experience in various roles, showcasing their expertise in blockchains, software engineering, and aviation. In 2019, they founded Smart Seal Inc., where they serve as the CEO, focusing on leveraging blockchains for authenticating and tokenizing physical assets. Mark also founded the Greater Hartford Blockchain Meetup and Hackathon in 2021.

Prior to their entrepreneurial venture, Mark worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Randstad Technologies US from August 2014 to July 2020. Mark specialized in formal verification testing and development for Pratt and Whitney Canada small engine controls systems.

Returning to Northeastern University in 2002, Mark earned another degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, which they completed in 2004.

In 2018, Mark decided to expand their knowledge and enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University. Mark successfully completed their degree in Mathematics, focusing on Mathematics and Computer Science, in 2019.
