Mitch Donnelly has a diverse work experience. Mitch started their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative at RBC. Mitch then worked as a Residence Assistant at Saint Mary's University from 2010 to 2012. After that, Mitch worked as an English Teacher at the Egyptian American Center for a few months in 2012.
In 2012, they also started their involvement with AIESEC, initially as the President of AIESEC Halifax and later holding various leadership positions in AIESEC in Canada and New Zealand. During their time at AIESEC, Mitch managed C-Suite and Executive relationships with national partners, fundraised for the national budget, organized conferences and training sessions, and represented AIESEC in Canadian media and at the United Nations.
In 2017, Mitch joined Grant Thornton LLP as an Analyst in Sales Tax/Indirect Tax. In 2018, they worked as an EMEA Business Development at Affinio, an Interest Analytics Platform. Later in 2018, Mitch became a Manager at Discover Halifax, where they achieved significant growth in advertising revenue and membership.
In 2020, Mitch joined Introhive as a Senior Relationship Manager and was later promoted to Senior Strategic Relationship Manager. Mitch was responsible for automating CRM data entry and working with leaders in the Financial Services and Insurance industries.
In 2022, Mitch joined Collective[i] as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they used artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to help sales organizations streamline non-revenue producing activities and generate revenue.
Currently, Mitch Donnelly is working as an Account Executive at SmartSkin Technologies, where they are unlocking new potential in productivity and quality across filling and packaging lines with replica smart containers.
Mitch Donnelly completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's University from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, they participated in the In-Depth HST/GST Course offered by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), focusing on taxation. In 2021, they pursued the Sandler Foundations program at Sandler. Additionally, Mitch has obtained several certifications, including Sales: Closing Strategies and Virtual Selling for Sales Professionals from LinkedIn in December 2020, and Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in February 2019. Mitch also obtained the In-Depth GST/HST certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) in June 2017.
