Meredith Henchey is currently the General Counsel at Smart Start, Inc. and has extensive legal experience in various roles. Previously, they served at Southwest Airlines as Associate General Counsel and held several other legal positions there from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Meredith worked as Associate General Counsel at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas and as Senior Counsel at JCPenney. They began their legal career as an Associate in Financial Services at Jenkens & Gilchrist after earning a J.D. from Cornell Law School and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Clemson University.
