Stephanie Ticknor has an extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Billing Coordinator at PageNet in 1998. Stephanie then moved on to become a Sr. Office Supervisor at Adecco from 1998 to 2004. Following this, they worked as a Production Accountant at Sedgwick Rd. from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, Stephanie joined Staffmark as a Staffing Manager & Onsite Manager, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of the recruiting team and office staff. Stephanie also served as the Onsite Manager for a large distribution center. In 2006, they started working at SmartTalent Staffing and Recruiting as an Account Manager, creating customized staffing solutions for clients. Stephanie later took on roles including Operations Manager/HR Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and currently serves as the President of the company. Throughout their career, Stephanie has focused on providing exceptional results to clients and candidates, expanding the brand, and ensuring internal staff has the necessary tools and training.

Stephanie Ticknor completed their education with a diploma from Newport High School, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Stephanie then briefly attended Bellevue College in 1998, studying accounting. Before that, Stephanie had attended Nashoba Regional High School from 1994 to 1995. In addition to their educational qualifications, Stephanie obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent in November 2016.
