Pete Cissik has extensive experience in technology management and education, currently serving as the Service Desk Manager at SMaRT Technology Services, Inc. since August 2008. In addition, Pete has been a part-time instructor at the College of DuPage, teaching non-credit computer classes since September 1991. Previously, Pete held the position of Manager of PC Technical Support at DeVry Inc. from September 2006 to June 2008, overseeing the technology support staff. Additionally, from August 1995 to June 2005, Pete worked as the IT Manager for Helpdesk Services at Experian, where responsibilities included managing helpdesk teams and providing reports to upper management. Pete earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University, where studies took place from September 1967 to June 1969.
