Previously, Decebal has held various roles in companies such as Transport Academy, Cartrans Preda SRL, Merced SRL, Tropheum SA, and Jurnalul SA. Decebal has a background in IT and has received education from Universitatea „Spiru Haret” din București and Liceul "Mihai Viteazul" Ploiesti.
