Chloe Rees

Chloe Rees is an experienced professional in customer success and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Smart WFM since July 2023, focusing on providing tailored workforce management solutions. Prior to this role, Chloe was involved in HR Consulting, including global IT restructuring and outplacement case management for various organizations. Chloe’s experience includes a leadership position as Project Manager for People & Culture at Ambulance Victoria, where the implementation of UKG's Workforce Dimension product was led, and as HR Business Partner at Australian Terminal Operations Management Pty Ltd, establishing the HR function for a bulk fuel storage terminals business.
