Shams Jawaid

Shams Jawaid has over three decades of experience in the field of reliability and quality engineering. Shams has held various roles such as Vice President, Director, and Senior Manager in companies like Smart Wires Inc., Romeo Power Technology, Coin Inc, and Switch Lighting Company, among others. Throughout their career, Shams has been responsible for developing and implementing product reliability and quality programs, securing ISO certifications, streamlining processes, and achieving significant cost savings. Shams'sexpertise lies in building reliability, quality, and test engineering organizations to support product qualification and field reliability assessment.

Shams Jawaid completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar. Shams then pursued a Masters of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Applied Mechanics-Heat Transfer at Boston University College of Engineering.
