Dawn Martin

Dawn Martin currently serves as DRH groupe at smart wood since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn was responsible for general services and HR at La Coopération Agricole from March 2019 to September 2023. Additional experience includes a position as a professional coach at 5 W & H from May 2017 to December 2020, specializing in transition and performance coaching. From December 2007 to October 2015, Dawn held the role of Human Resources Manager at Aga Khan Development Network, supporting managerial staff in recruitment and administrative processes. Earlier career experience includes roles as Head of Training and Insurance and HR Officer at the Secrétariat de Son Altesse l'Aga Khan from September 1998 to 2007. Dawn holds a Master 2 in Coaching from LINKUP COACHING and a Master 1 in Personnel Management from Groupe IGS Formation Continue, along with a professional certification in educational coaching from LINKUP COACHING.
