Malte Dancker's work experience includes various roles in different companies. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Assistenzarzt at endogap Klinik für Gelenkersatz. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Assistenzarzt in der Unfallchirurgie at BG Unfallklinik Murnau. In 2018, they co-founded Smart4Diagnostics GmbH and held positions as Co-Founder and later as CTO & Co-Founder until 2021. Starting in 2021, they joined ifap Service-Institut für Ärzte und Apotheker GmbH as Team Lead for the Medical Decision Support Platform (THERAFOX), where they contributed to the development and certification of the adverse drug check module. Currently, they hold the position of Leiter Abteilung Strategie & Qualität Medizin at NÖ Landesgesundheitsagentur.

Malte Dancker completed their education in a chronological order. Malte started their academic journey in 2009 at the Medizinische Universität Innsbruck, where they pursued a degree in Humanmedizin. Malte successfully completed their studies in 2015 and obtained the degree of "Dr. med. univ.".

Afterward, Malte pursued further education at the Private Universität für Gesundheitswissenschaften, Medizinische Informatik und Technik. From 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Health Information Management.

In addition to their formal education, Malte also obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In June 2020, they completed the course "AI for Everyone" offered by Coursera. Malte also obtained a certification titled "Zusatzbezeichnung Medizinische Informatik," but the institution and exact date of obtaining this certification were not provided.
