The Installation & Sales Specialist will successfully manage operations and logistics surrounding deliveries, setup, training and sales of the Smartapp.com™ JobSite SmartBoard and the Smartapp.com software product.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Installation and Sales Specialist performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:

  • Delivery, set up, and training of smart-board to customers.
  • Training customers on use of smart boards and Smartapp.com™ software
  • Set up of other integrated smart devices including joysticks, cameras, network access points,etc..
  • Attending road shows, conventions and varying sales events to deliver, setup, and showcase smartboard and Smartapp.com products.
  • Responsible for all systems and logistics associated with the movements of inventory, transportation, and set up of smart devices
  • Optimize logistics and transportation resources.
  • Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives to completion; champion change and continuous process improvement
  • Planning, directing and implementation of annual budget, performance and goals
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision completing all deliverables on time.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles.

  • Some experience with installation of electronic equipment, focusing on smart devices.

  • Some logistics and inventory management experience

  • Customer service and sales experience.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to travel extensively.

  • Valid license with an excellent driving record is a must.

  • Ability to set up large electronic equipment, including some networking skills.

  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs.
