Nate Lewis

Nate Lewis is an experienced executive in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at SmartBear since April 2025. Prior to this role, Lewis held various leadership positions, including Chief Development Officer at Sevita, where oversight of business development and inorganic growth efforts was a primary focus. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Sevita, Vice President of Corporate Development at Agentforce Commerce, and Senior Director of Corporate Development at Nuance Communications, among others. Lewis’s early career involved positions at Corel Corporation, Stonebridge Associates, Wells Fargo, Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, and Collier Shannon Rill & Scott. Lewis holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Colby College.
