Dagoberto Pérez Romero has extensive work experience in sales and customer service roles. Dagoberto began their career at Telefónica in 2005 as a Professional Call Center for Sales and Customer Service. In 2006, they moved to ETB as a Jefe de Operaciones Ventas Outbound. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Atento Colombia as a Jefe de Operaciones Ventas y Servicio al Cliente, where they were responsible for meeting sales targets and developing strategies to increase sales. Dagoberto then moved to Vision y Estrategia in 2015, taking on the role of Coordinador Comercial, where they were responsible for customer retention, upgrading, and sales strategies. In 2016, they began working at NeointelPeru as an Entrenador, Capacitador y Coaching. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Solanos Vehículos as an Asesor Comercial, where they were responsible for selling and advising on used vehicles, with an average of 13 vehicles sold per month and a turnover of $380,000,000 per month. In 2021, they moved to Proximateapps as Director Comercial. Currently, they are working at both MR Bling Colombia and smartBeemo, as Account Manager Major Account and Manager of Sales, respectively.

Dagoberto Pérez Romero completed a Psicologo degree from Universidad Abierta y a Distancia Colombia between 2009 and 2013. In 2006, they obtained a Diplomado Coaching from NPL. In 2005, they completed a Curso Capacitación de Calidad para Call Center from Kenwin, with a focus on COPC Gestión de la Satisfacción del Cliente. In 2004, they obtained a Diplomado Formador de Formadores from Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios. In 2002, they completed a Diplomado Supervicion de Call Center from Universidad del Valle (CO). In 2001 and 2002, they obtained a Titulo de Entrenador Comercial en Ventas Outbound e Inbound from TECHNION COMUNICATION (AT&T). Additionally, they received a Certificación de Entrenador Comercial y Servicio al Cliente from AT&T in February 2002.
