Brent Looney

Brent Looney has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brent currently holds the position of COO at SmartBiz Loans, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's operations. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Sales & Business Development at SmartBiz Loans, focusing on expanding the company's sales and partnerships. Brent also held the position of VP of Business Development at the same company, where they played a key role in facilitating low-cost SBA loans for small businesses.

In addition to their work at SmartBiz Loans, Brent Looney has worked as an Advisor at TONAL since 2015, providing guidance and expertise to the company. Brent also served as an Advisor at InVine from 2014 to 2018.

Earlier in their career, Brent Looney worked at OpenTable as the Head of Gift Cards, where they played a crucial role in integrating and launching the Treatful product within OpenTable's existing markets and training their salesforce. Brent was also the Founder of Treatful, which has now become the standard eGift card product for the restaurant industry.

Starting in 1999 and completing in 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Brent attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they successfully obtained their MBA degree.
