Caitlin Douglas

Caitlin Douglas has a strong background in engineering and software development. Caitlin is currently working at SmartBiz as the Senior Director of Engineering, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at SmartBiz from October 2022 to April 2023. Before joining SmartBiz, Caitlin was the Director Of Engineering at Hub Technical Sales from January 2022 to August 2022. Caitlin began their career as a VoIP Engineering Intern at Time Warner Cable from June 2008 to August 2008.

Caitlin Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Mary Washington. Caitlin attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Caitlin also obtained certifications in "Be the Manager People Won't Leave" from LinkedIn in October 2022 and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
