Katie Lee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2010 to the present, they have worked as a professional musician, performing original music as a solo artist and backing other artists on various instruments. In 2015, they served as a Salesforce Consultant for two organizations, where they analyzed and improved Salesforce configurations to enhance data accuracy, functionality, and client intake processes. From 2015 to 2016, Katie worked as a Project Manager at GSD Company, specializing in implementing Salesforce systems and focusing on long-term client satisfaction. In 2016, they joined Silverline as a Client Services Relationship Manager, managing ongoing support engagements and overseeing a team of resources. Katie later transitioned to a Portfolio Manager role at Silverline, providing tactical and strategic advisory services to maximize the value of the Salesforce platform. In 2018, Katie became a Co-Director at Noble + Wylie, where they managed business development, daily operations, and client relationships in the entertainment industry. Katie then worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at Stitch Consulting from 2019 to 2021, where they developed client relationships, oversaw software design projects, and managed budgets and resources. In 2022, they joined Lakeland Bank as a Strategic Consultant, auditing and improving the Salesforce implementation and designing marketing automation systems. Currently, Katie works as a Senior Manager of Revenue Operations at SmartBiz, starting in 2023.

Katie Lee completed their Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree at the University of Michigan from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Seaholm High School from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce in May 2015.
