Madeline Soukup has experience working as a Senior Credit and Quality Control Analyst at SmartBiz, analyzing financial statements and ensuring loans meet underwriting guidelines. Prior to this, Madeline worked as a Development Associate at CASA of Travis County, managing fundraising activities and donor relationships. Madeline also has experience as an Outdoor Engagement Leader at the City of Bellevue and as a Barista and Bartender at Shugs Soda Fountain. Madeline served as an Intern/Fellow at Global Impact and a Fellow at Hilton Prize Coalition, developing their skills in research and leadership. Madeline holds a Bachelor's of Arts in International Political Economy and Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
