Charlotte Alderson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Deputy General Manager at Seco Lounge, where they managed a large team and coordinated corporate events. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Fitzwilliam and West, where they organized marketing events and built relationships with local businesses. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Executive at Wosskow Brown, focusing on social media, SEO, and corporate events. Charlotte then moved on to Dycem Ltd in 2014, where they held the position of Marketing Manager and managed a team. In 2015, they joined Formkraft Limited as part of the Sales & Marketing team, promoting products and services and identifying new business opportunities. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at The Workforce Development Trust as a B2B Marketing Campaign Manager and later as a Senior Marketing Manager. Currently, they are employed at Smartbox Assistive Technology as a Head of Marketing, and starting in 2023, they will be transitioning into the role of Marketing Director.
