Ruslan Sibgatullin

Ruslan Sibgatullin has worked in the software engineering field since 2012. Ruslan began their career as an Engineer at CJSC "Scientific-production company "Highly precision systems and technologies". In 2015, they took on the role of Project Manager at IZH-TECHNO Ltd, where they were responsible for managing a project team of 6 people, modeling and developing business processes, developing new products, participating in strategic planning, calculating product prices, and developing instructions and guidelines. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at Dexsys IT and IBS AppLine. In 2021, they began working as a QA Engineer at Smartcat.

Ruslan Sibgatullin obtained an Engineer's degree from Izhevsk State Technical University (ISTU) between 2005 and 2011 in the field of Rocket engines. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in Business case: negotiations with an agressive opponent from Eduson.tv.
