Karen Phan has extensive experience in property accounting and management, currently serving as Manager of Property Accounting at SmartCentres REIT since December 2011. Previously, Karen held positions as a Senior Accountant and Property Accountant at the same company, in addition to working as a Property Accountant at Mercedes Homes Inc. from August 2007 to December 2011. Alongside a successful career in real estate, Karen co-owns Antiqua Stone Inc., which specializes in the installation of kitchen countertops and bathroom fixtures. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Ryerson University.
