Khushboo Shanker

Khushboo Shanker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and system assurance. Currently serving as Manager of Process Improvements at SmartCentres REIT since May 2022, Khushboo previously held roles including System Assurance Specialist in Regulatory Compliance at ExxonMobil from June 2019 to September 2021, and Delivery Consultant at NTT DATA from August 2016 to June 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead System Analyst at Unisys Global Services India from July 2014 to July 2016. Khushboo holds a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Conestoga College (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology (2010-2014).
