Milo Zhang, CPA, CGA, has extensive experience in corporate accounting, currently serving as Corporate Accounting Manager at SmartCentres REIT since May 2013. Responsibilities include preparing consolidated financial reports, managing Funds From Operations calculations, and overseeing joint venture project accounting. Previous roles at SmartCentres REIT include Senior Corporate Accountant and Senior Property Accountant, where tasks involved bank reconciliations, regulatory filings, and financial performance analysis.
